Break the glass Rose
Pale pink color with an aromatic character of red fruits and subtle hints of rose. Aromas of strawberry, cranberry, and blackberry are complemented by notes of apple, candy, and red pepper. On the palate it is dry, with balanced acidity, full-bodied, and offers a juicy, pleasant finish.
The name Break the Glass draws inspiration from the philosophy of Break the Rules and expresses the desire to step away from the expected. The series consists of two-varietal wines, based on bold and less common grape combinations.
In its rose expression, Grenache Rouge meets Syrah, creating a fresh and balanced rose wine. The vinification is carried out by co-fermenting the two varieties, with 3–4 hours of skin contact and alcoholic fermentation at low temperatures of 15–17°C, highlighting the character of both varieties.
