AGIORGITIKO 65% - TEMPRANILLO 35%

The name Break the Glass draws inspiration from the Break the Rules philosophy, expressing the desire to break away from the expected. The range consists of two-variety wines, based on bold and less conventional grape combinations.

In its red expression, Agiorgitiko meets Tempranillo, creating a modern red wine that could be described as “New World-style.” The grapes come from selected vineyards in Nemea (Corinth) and Trifylia (Messinia). Harvest takes place from September 10 to 20, followed by 4–5 days of skin contact, classic red vinification separately for each variety with alcoholic fermentation at 22°C, without oak aging.
