Break the glass White
Pale lemon color with aromas of tropical and stone fruits, accompanied by subtle mineral hints. On the palate, it is dry, with balanced acidity, medium to full body, and high intensity. Flavors of banana, pineapple, and juicy peach are complemented by a delicate finish of chamomile and mineral notes.
The name Break the Glass draws inspiration from the philosophy of Break the Rules and expresses the desire to break away from the expected. The series consists of two-varietal wines, created through bold and unusual grape combinations.
In its white expression, the aromatic Malagousia meets the emerging Sideritis variety, producing a modern wine that balances freshness, intensity, and structure. Particularly interesting is the fact that it combines the first and the last variety harvested at the winery during the vintage! Harvesting takes place in two phases, from August 20–31 and October 15–31, respectively, followed by controlled alcoholic fermentation separately for the two varieties at low temperatures of 14–16°C.
