Geometria Agiorgitiko
Medium ruby color with aromas of red fruits and subtle hints of dark fruits, herbal notes, and a spicy character. On the palate, it is dry, with refreshing acidity, rounded tannins, and medium body. Flavors of plum, cherry, forest fruits, and sweet spices unfold, culminating in a long-lasting finish.
Shaped by the site’s measurements, the balance of nature, and careful observation of every detail, GEOMETRIA Agiorgitiko comes to life. The vineyard plots that compose it are carefully selected from the wider P.D.O. Nemea zone, at altitudes of 250–400 meters, on clay and limestone soils. This is a fresh expression of Nemea, meaning it is unoaked.
Harvest takes place from September 10 to 20. It is followed by a 24-hour cold skin contact, then six days of maceration in contact with the skins, with alcoholic fermentation at 18°C, highlighting the pure varietal character of Agiorgitiko.
