Geometria Malagousia
Pale lemon-green color with an aromatic profile of juicy stone fruits and tropical fruits. Aromas of melon, banana, peach, and apricot are complemented by citrus notes, orange blossom, and subtle herbal hints. On the palate, it is dry, with lively acidity and a full, creamy body, offering a juicy and pleasant finish.
GEOMETRIA Malagousia is sourced from selected vineyards in Nemea, at altitudes ranging from 300 to 400 meters, with clay and limestone soils. The vineyards are cultivated at a density of 400 vines per stremma, with an average yield of 1,100 kg per stremma.
Malagousia is the winery’s earliest-ripening variety and marks the beginning of the harvest each year, from August 20 to 31. After harvest, cold maceration follows, succeeded by controlled alcoholic fermentation at low temperatures of 14–16°C.
