Pale pink color with aromas of red sweet fruits and rose. Notes of strawberry, raspberry, and cranberry, complemented by candy, mastiha, and subtle red pepper. Dry, refreshing, with a full body and a lingering finish.

The Dry Rose is produced by co-fermentation, with a 4–5 hour skin contact, followed by alcoholic fermentation at low temperatures of 15–17°C.
