Pale golden color with a pronounced resinous character. Aromas of citrus, mandarin, and dragon fruit, with herbal hints. On the palate it is dry, refreshing, and full-bodied, with high intensity, notes of kaimaki and subtle vanilla, and a long-lasting finish.

In Lafazanis Retsina, a classic white vinification is followed for the two grape varieties, Roditis and Savvatiano, with the addition of natural pine resin during alcoholic fermentation. The use of resin is subtle, highlighting the traditional character of the wine without overpowering the freshness and clarity of its aromas.
