Altitude: 300 – 500m.
Wine Making: Rosé classic wine making method, under controlled fermentation temperature at 15° C – 17° C in inox tanks.
Sensory characteristics: This wine is the result of the blend of three indigenous grape varieties. It has a pale pink rose colour and aromas of rose and red fruits. It is fresh in the mouth, full-bodied with a balanced taste.
Food Pairing: Traditional Greek dishes made with olive oil, pasta and cold cuts.
